Job Responsibilities:- To lead and motivate your operational team and peers.
To research and develop, improve on and provide F&B services according to procedures and standards established.- To be knowledgeable and keep up to date on all café service techniques, happenings, interests and norms.
To be familiar with the F&B menu items. In this respect, you will be given extra training to improve your knowledge of all recipes, the timing and methodology of food and drinks preparation.
- To ensure that all operational duties by the team are completed on a daily schedule, ahead of time, efficiently and effectively.
To provide excellent customer service and management and to ensure that all your staff understands the importance of such standards.- Develop strategic and operational plans for managing execution and measuring results of store.
Managing the schedules and provide operation support to Operation Manager
- Other ad-hoc operational duties as required.
Candidate must possess min. Diploma in Food and Beverage or equivalent;
- Candidate must possess at least 3 years relevant experience in café operations
Candidates must be able to communicate well and able to contribute as a c-leader.- Candidates must have a passion for Service and at least one other function relating to management, sales or business development
Positive warmth personalities with a ready smile and be able to provide fast, friendly & efficient service to guests need
- Willing to mentor and guide others.
Good team player with strong customer service skill;- Able to work in fast-paced environment and willing to work hard to develop himself.
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays;
