Job Description
- Oversee full spectrum of HR & admin operations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Handle work pass applications and payroll processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety standards.
- Oversee office administration, facilities, and vendor management.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in work pass applications and office admin.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
