Family Group: Administration
You will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements from various stakeholders to ensure that solutions align with operational needs. You will analyze operational needs and propose effective solutions aimed at improving the utilization of hospital resources and enhancing profitability. Additionally, you will develop and present dashboards and reports for management to support informed decision-making.
As a leader, you will assign duties to staff and ensure optimal staffing levels while effectively communicating hospital policies and managing staff performance. Furthermore, you will develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, leading quality improvement projects to promote hospital-wide initiatives.
Requirements
Degree holder and above in Engineering / Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Data Science / Business discipline or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in data management in any industry, of which at least 2 years is at a supervisory level.
Preferably with data/business analysis, simulation, and AI experience.
Preferably with experience in coding and analytic software such as Python
Preferably with experience as an effective change agent.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess computer skills, with Microsoft office software knowledge.
