The Roles
The Perioperative Recovery Offices (PRO) mission is to achieve early recovery for patients undergoing surgery through the implementation of treatment programmes curated from evidence-based practices. The PRO supports the hospital in the planning, development and management of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) implementation programmes.
You will provide operations and administrative support to the PRO in managing the delivery of hospital-defined strategic goals and initiatives on clinical / development services through value-based healthcare management models and oversight of patient workflows. You will also assist in the planning and implementation of programmes or initiatives to align with NHG/TTSH strategic directives to drive surgical and/or elective workload. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will also be part of the team to propose strategies and policies of, and transformation of operational processes, workflow design, financial assessment, data extraction and analysis. The role would also include secretariat duties for assigned committees related to the projects undertaken by the PRO.

Requirements
A good degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working experience. Exposure to, or experience in healthcare financial, practical knowledge of hospital operations, and value-based management concept carry added advantages.
Meticulous and analytical, possess good organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
Driven, passionate and service oriented.
A system level thinking mindset and confidence to work in a fast-paced environment.
