Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations.
Lead, motivate, and support a team within a time-sensitive environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.- Enhance systems, processes, and best practices.
Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing the operations team and department.
- Ensure organizational processes comply with legal regulations and standards.
Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management.- Collaborate cross-departmentally to align operations with organizational objectives.
Report on operational efficiency and quality standards.
- Overseeing the maintenance and operation of buildings and equipment.
In charge of service contracts management and dealing with building inspections.
- Required skills and qualifications
Min degree in operations management, business administration, or related field.- Multiple years of financial and account reporting experience.
Min Two years of proven success in an operations management role.
- Strong skills in budget development and oversight
Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service.- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
Excellent communication skills & Leadership ability.
