Job Description
- Collaborate with APAC outsourced partners like auditors and tax agents.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of statutory filings, including tax.
- Provide IFRS-compliant guidance to internal stakeholders for accurate financial postings.
- Consolidate and standardize audit and tax reporting requirements across APAC.
- Create and update SOPs for audit and tax data processes.
- Support implementation and improvement of internal controls.
- Act as an advisor on accounting and tax-related topics.
The Successful Applicant
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Fluent in reading mandarin or able to use translators to read and communicate with clients in business mandarin.
- Has had 3 years of financial regulatory and audit experience.
- Proficient in IFRS, internal controls, and tax principles.
- Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or similar ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, self-starter, capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
