Job Summary - Audit Partner
We are looking for an experienced Audit Partner to join our dynamic team, bringing a wealth of technical expertise and strategic leadership to our audit practice. As a qualified Audit Partner, you will also have the authority and responsibility to sign off on audit reports, ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations and professional standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide expert oversight in all auditing areas, ensuring adherence to IFRS, SFRS, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and establish effective audit strategies and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing audit team, ensuring quality delivery and achieving budget targets.
- Evaluate audit evidence to draw informed conclusions and address complex audit objectives.
- Review and update audit policies and procedures, staying aligned with professional standards and best practices.
- Manage a diverse client portfolio, fostering strong, long-term client relationships.
- Respond to technical queries from clients and internal teams, offering guidance on audit and compliance matters.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the practice's reach and impact.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Chartered Accountant Singapore (Practicing Member) with signing authority.
- Extensive Big Four audit experience is highly advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years as an Audit Partner in a mid-tier audit firm.
- Ability to sign audit reports and ensure all engagements comply with regulatory requirements.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with clients from Mainland China.
