Job Responsibility
- 3-5 years of experience, with a focus on process improvement, systems integration and automation.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath Studio or equivalent platform.
- Able to map and transform data between disparate systems is essential. This involves understanding data structures, identifying inconsistencies, and applying appropriate transformations to ensure seamless data flow.
- Knowledge and experience applying integration concepts relating to batch processing and real time processing via API.
- Well versed with C#, VBA, VB script Programming or Python Programming.
- Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) is preferred.
- Basic UI/UX knowledge on HTML, CSS and JavaScript (or any scripting language).
- Familiarity with UiPath Orchestrator APIs and knowledge of how to use APIs from other applications in UiPath.
- Understands software development methodology, configuration management and lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of systems integration concepts and experience with integrating disparate healthcare systems.
- Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, particularly in relation to RPA and process optimization.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify automation opportunities.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of Google APIs and Google Apps Script is a plus.
Job Requirement
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath Studio or equivalent platform, ensuring adherence to best practices and security protocols.
- Integrate solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow and automation.
- Provide guidance and consultation for design, tuning, and deployment of AI solutions
- Troubleshooting and Debugging of RPA and system integration issues.
- Oversee the testing of the RPA bots to ensure they function as intended and meet the quality standards. Address any discrepancies or issues that arise during testing
- Monitor and analyze the performance of RPA solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Regularly check the health of servers hosting the RPA environment to ensure they are functioning optimally and to preemptively identify issues that may cause disruptions.
- Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator settings to optimize the deployment, monitoring, and management of RPA bots across different environments.
- Manage assets and queues within the Orchestrator to ensure that workflows are executed efficiently and resources are allocated appropriately.
- Oversee the deployment of RPA bots and manage their scaling across the organization to meet changing business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on the use of RPA solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in RPA and AI technologies relevant
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and processes across the organization.
