Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
Ensures the smooth operation and optimization of the production process while upholding Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement optimization strategies.
Assist and guide Standard Users with system-related queries and issues.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure the stability of production processes and the execution of operations.
Respond to atypical production situations and emergencies, such as process outages, critical alarms, or equipment failures, diagnose issues and take immediate corrective actions or perform manual interventions together with Manufacturing supervisor/delegate, to restore normal operations and prevent any potential safety or quality incidents.
Participate in manual intervention remediation projects. Identify, implement, and perform test execution for changes made to the system.
Responsibility to adhere to any applicable EHS requirements.
Attend to urgent requests and ensure timely resolution of issues. This involves providing support for manufacturing operations that may as and when be outside of regular office hours.
Able to work on holidays and overtime as required. May also be required to adjust work schedule to meet production targets and demands.
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to client.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Applied Chemistry / Biomedical Sciences / Chemical Engineering / Bioengineering and other related fields.
Possesses 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
Skilled in navigating and utilizing PCS7 systems.
Self-motivated team player with hands-on attitude and good communication skills
Problem-Solving Skills with the ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
Good interpersonal skills for effective communication and teamwork.
Experience in optimizing processes and providing user support.
Capability to work independently and manage support requests outside of regular office hours.
Working hours:
Onsite: 2 weekdays, 8 hours each day
Remote (WFH): Saturday and Sunday, 12 hours each day
