Roles & Responsibilities
As an Engineer, you will be involved in:
- Studying & understanding the Specifications of Customer requirements / needs
- On-site assessment
- Brainstorming proposals to address customer requirements / needs
- Sourcing / selecting compatible components for the proposed design
- Preparation of estimated budget for the proposed design
- Conduct of Design Review sessions
- Detailed Design
- Detailing of Design with GT&T, Material Selection, Heat Treatment & Finishing
- Preparation of Bill of Material (Fabrication) & (Commercial)
- Preparation of Assembly & Pneumatic Drawings
- Assisting in assembly & troubleshooting of Sub-Modules
- Testing & Troubleshooting of Equipment
- Assist in Buyoff of Equipment
- Preparation of Operation Manual
- Fundamental Project Management
Desired Skill Sets
- Degree in Mechanical or EE Engineering or its equivalent
- Project management skills
- Knowledge in automation design of mechanisms / tools
- Familiar with general bus, related ICs, components and designs
- Knowledge of firmware, electronic, software, mechanical, and testing.
- Knowledge in GT&T, Material, Heat Treatment & Finishing
- Knowledge in Pneumatic
- Knowledge in Drafting & Simulation software (AutoCAD, NanoCAD, Fusion360, SolidWorks, ANSYS)
- Knowledge in Electronics / IoT (will be advantage)
- Knowledge in Programming (C#, C++, Python, PLC) (will be advantage)
- Min. 2 years exp.
- Only Singaporean, Singapore PR, Malaysian, and local graduate bonded for local employment can apply due to MoM regulation.
