Automation Lead-Delta V-Pharma

We are currently looking for a Delta V Automation Engineer Area Lead to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and deploy automation solutions utilizing DeltaV systems to enhance manufacturing processes and guarantee adherence to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to outline automation needs and seamlessly integrate DeltaV systems within existing manufacturing frameworks.
• Offer adept technical support and troubleshooting proficiency for DeltaV systems, proficiently addressing and resolving intricate issues within stipulated timeframes.
• Generate and uphold comprehensive documentation, encompassing design blueprints, user guides, and standard operating protocols (SOPs) for DeltaV automation setups.
• Maintenance on day-to-day operations of Automated process systems, troubleshooting experience and maintenance support.
• Plan, execute, and document the entire process of designing, programming, implementing, testing, and documenting process control applications.
• Manage the computer systems validation program and support all phases of projects, in the areas of GMP-related Computer Systems and Networks.
• Responsible for preparing and executing test documentation for GMP computerized systems as well as providing support in the troubleshooting of issues during test execution.
