YOUR ROLE
- Equipment Maintenance
- Perform routine equipment checks as per schedule.
- Perform/facilitate contracted vendor on routine preventive or corrective maintenance, equipment certification, equipment calibration.
- Ensure proper record keeping of Repair, Tests, Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, Regulatory Certification
- Liaise with/consults Operations as part of execution of jobs.
- Equipment Failure Recovery
- Diagnose cause of equipment failure of Warehouse key equipment and carry out hands-on maintenance/troubleshooting according to operating manuals and procedures.
- Investigate and analyze root cause of chronic issues and work with Maintenance Manager / Supervisor timely to systematically solve them and sustain results.
- Status reporting as necessary and recording into downtime report.
- Spare Equipment and Parts Inventory Management
- Update and maintain inventory of Equipment and Parts and advise Maintenance Manager / Supervisor on replenishment / replacement needs
- Raise Purchase Requisition for purchase of equipment, repair parts and supplies as needed.
- Support Equipment set-up / conversion and qualification
- Seek improvement in techniques, procedures and technology to improve reliability at minimum costs and within budget
- Quality Control
- Perform inspection of damaged goods and advise disposition
- Perform inspection on incoming shipments from subcon as per inspection plan
- Perform inspection on outgoing shipments from warehouse as per inspection plan
- Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Comply with all EHS policies and procedures as implemented at site
- Support Site and Production as needed
- Ability and willingness to work shift and overtime as required
Your Skills & Experiences
- Minimum Nitec or equivalent i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics
- Ability to read and understand operating manuals, diagrams and schematics
- Accuracy, attention to detail and good manual skills
- Fluent in English is a plus
- Experience in complex machinery i.e. ASRS is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Commitment, proactive and curiosity
