Primary Function:
- Maintain and repair production automation machines.
- Meet productivity targets set by supervisors.
- Identify and implement actions to prevent machine breakdowns.
- Collaborate with all departments to optimize productivity.
- Ensure products meet standard cycle times and minimize downtime.
- Work in shifts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute repair and maintenance tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Document all repair and maintenance tasks accurately.
- Provide timely support for repairing production machines and equipment.
- Attend to unforeseen machine breakdowns during off-hours.
- Conduct preventive maintenance as scheduled.
- Support automation integration efforts.
- Recommend improvements to enhance productivity and yield.
- Adhere to regulatory and in-house system requirements, especially for medical and automotive customers.
- Prepare automation documents, reports, and records daily.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- NTC in an engineering-related discipline, preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Plastic Technology.
- Hands-on experience in factory automation.
- Experience in Plastic Injection Molding and PLC programming is a plus.
Shift Timings & Details:
- 2nd Shift: Mon to Fri, 3 pm - 11 pm Sat, 1 pm - 7 pm (5.5 days).
- 3rd Shift: Mon to Fri, 11 pm - 7 am (5 days).
