Work with application team to address challenges in existing batch workflows in Automic and file transfer rules in IBM Sterling, ensuring tightened security.
Provide support for Automic AWA and File Transfer BAU change requests, incidents, and IT projects.
Support audit requirements for batch workflows in Automic and file transfer rules in IBM Sterling by providing detailed RFIs for client application systems.
Ensure smooth interface connectivity across internal client systems and with external client partners like Collection Agencies, Government Agencies, etc.
Perform SPS MSSL market trial on-boarding for active market retailers as per user requests.
Support Automic upgrade project for SIT and UAT Testing.
Support the ITS SCO and applications team on SFX / Automic skillset transformation by providing guidance on file transfer event setup and batch job design, creation, and modification.
Automate onboarding and offboarding of trading partners in SFX.
Improve provisioning processes for Automic and SFX project environments.
Automate migration processes from QA to PROD for file routing rules.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Automic Workload Automation and IBM Sterling File Transfer.
Good understanding of batch workflows, file transfer security, and systems integration.
Experience in supporting Automic upgrade projects, SIT/UAT testing, and incident management.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
