Job description- Assist customers to file accident reports and explain the claim procedure.
Assist customers to submit claims, follow up and liaise with insurance company regarding claims.- Liaise with customers vehicle for repair & collection.
Fleet control customer vehicles during their claim time.
- Provide customer service to existing and new customer.
Manage claims / repair operation of the workshop.- Source / enquire spare parts quotation for all repairs.
Coordinate with owner / surveyor for survey and finalize all repairs.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

- Relevant work experience & qualifications in automotive industry would be advantage.
Possess valid Class 3 driving license. Working Location: Bishan or Jurong
