Role: AV Events Coordinator

Role Summary
- Core Responsibilities
- Provide event administration services, including scheduling, planning, coordination necessary to deliver town halls or other types of audio-visual event in accordance with Client's procedure.
- Provide administration of mailbox, telephone, PO and accurate invoicing of services provided.
- Managed the flow of day-to-day operations of events tasks including emails and telephone communication with regional responsibilities working remotely with other region teams.
- Analyse user requirements and recommend meeting mode to achieve Event objectives and act as a Single Point of Contact for client
- Maintain a customer service-oriented attitude and motivate the team performance is of high standard.
- Knowledge and Experience
- Good understanding of live event production and video conference technology
- Diploma or Degree in Audio-Visual Technology or related discipline
- Ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously
- Minimum 1 year industry experience in fields relating to live event production
- High command of written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working effectively in a diverse and fast pace organization.
- Knowledge in using Service management tools. ServiceNow
