Key responsibilities

Support the CFO and regional traders with performance reporting and financial analysis.
Manage stakeholders and offshore teams to analyze performance and explain key financial metrics.
Collaborate with wider business on initiatives, tracking progress and measuring outcomes.
Prepare budgets, monitor actual results against targets, and optimize financial resource usage.
Lead process improvement projects, ensuring robust control procedures and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.

Role requirements

5+ years experience in FP&A - with experience working in an FP&A/Business Partnering role within Investment Banking (supporting a Financial Markets / Trading business - covering assets such as FX, Rates, Derivatives, Fixed Income)
Experience in visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, Alteryx
