We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing and Communications team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Marketing and Communications team is looking for an Assistant Vice President to serve as Marketing Business Partner to the Industries and Specialty divisions, supporting growth, awareness, and engagement through strategic and integrated marketing campaigns.
We will count on you to:
- Manage integrated campaigns end-to-end, from conceptualization to execution, including the creation and delivery of strategies grounded in audience insights with clear, measurable objectives.
- Develop integrated campaign frameworks (top, mid, and bottom funnel) based on research, market intelligence, and consultation with internal stakeholders.
- Construct and manage integrated campaign plans with actions, timings, dependencies, and owners to ensure project tracking and accountability, delivering innovative ideas and high-quality results.
- Build in real-time analytics for regular review and make campaign adjustments as needed to maximize results.
- Keep project stakeholders engaged and involved pre-, during, and post-campaign.
- Develop content to communicate the business proposition across multiple audience groups, identifying content requirements and assessing effectiveness for optimization.
What you need to have:
- A degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or business/commerce with a major in one of these areas.
- A minimum of 5-8 years in B2B marketing roles, preferably in the insurance/financial services industry, marketing agencies, or management consulting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, with confidence and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and comfort using various marketing or communication platforms (Google Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics).
- The ability to develop audience-centric content and simplify complex technical information for a broad audience.
