AVP or VP (Real Estate Investments)

We are recruiting for one of the largest listed Logistics and Industrial Real Estate company in Singapore. They own more than 200 properties across three key segments in Logistics/Industrial Business Parks and Data Centres globally.

Reporting to the Head of Investments, you will be responsible in formulating investment strategies, deal sourcing to seek out investment opportunities. You will be leading and executing deals independently, including financial modelling, feasibilities studies, investment proposal, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and investment approval etc. You will work closely internal stakeholders such as asset management, tax, finance, legal, technical etc required for the preparation of investment proposals as well as carrying out post-acquisition analysis.

Requirements

You possess a Degree in Real Estate / Finance / Business or equivalent from a reputable educational institute and have about 10 to 15 years of relevant real estate experience.

Track record in international markets such as the USA and Europe will be held in high regards. Financial and commercial acumen are key success factors for this role. You will also be required to mentor junior members in the team.
