As a key member in Regional Equity Platform Team, you will be responsible in providing trading and platforms domain knowledge and support to the front liners team. You will have to monitor the equity trading platform and the relavent sub-systems. Escalate or report issues and bugs for fixing in a timely fashion while collaborating closely with key stakeholders to conceptualise and make equity trading a joyful experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and facilitate project execution and initiatives for the equity business across regional platforms with different business units, internal stakeholders, and external vendors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
Monitor and analyse platform performance to identify areas for improvement and drive optimization.- Apply strategic planning and structured thinking to develop feasible solutions.
Monitor and timely follow up on issues, backlogs and fix deliveries.
- Respond promptly to daily online equity trading inquiries from Relationship Managers, providing guidance and support on platform functionality and capabilities.
Develop and update relevant guides and resources for internal and external users.- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to promote the platform and drive adoption.
Support product managers in achieving revenue and acquisition targets.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience
Team player with strong interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Driven and results-oriented with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks assigned.
- Ability to take initiative, multi-task, and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of equity markets and trading principles, prior experience with Avaloq and equity trading preferred.
