Roles/Responsibilities:
Actively support more senior members of the team in originating & executing transactions
Prepare financial proposals & presentations
Prepare internal credit paper & support all aspects of the administration & execution of transactions from origination to drawdown
Build, review & run sensitivities on financial model/cash flow
Identity & monitor market developments & opportunities
Liaise with various internal & external stakeholders & clients as necessary
Support wider SFDA team on deals if required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
5-7 years of relevant working experience
Work experience should ideally be related to renewables, power, infrastructure, oil & gas and mining project finance or acquisition finance
Good understanding of loan documentation
Good written and communications skills
Good understanding of credit analysis process
Financial modelling skills
Ability to work independently on jobs assigned
Positive personality with strong work ethics
Enthusiasm & desire to work in Project Finance
Independent, self-motivated & strong team player with ability to work in multicultural team
