AVP/VP, IT Risk Specialist

Are you an experienced IT Risk specialist with financial industry experience looking for your next challenge If so, our client, an established global bank with a significant presence in the region, is looking for someone like you to join them as AVP/VP, IT Risk Specialist. As AVP/VP, IT Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing oversight for IT infrastructure and applications stakeholders in the first line, ensuring they are compliant with bank policies and regional regulations
• Working closely with second line stakeholders to maintain and improve the bank's IT governance policies and processes
• Being the POC for internal and external IT audits
• Working closely with stakeholders in the first line to remediate identified risks and vulnerabilities

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience for AVP level, and 10 years for VP level
• Only candidates with experience working in a full-time IT Risk Management or Cyber Security Risk Management role will be considered
• Financial industry experience is required, with familiarity with regional technology risk management regulations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
