- Strengthen distribution network by having regular dialogues with investors, and to expand the investor base by cultivating new buyside relationships for cross-selling purposes.
- Make recommendation of syndication strategy and judgement for the arranging and underwriting of transactions.
- Marketing and pricing of public or private debt securities, as well as loan offerings to investor base.
- Manage the underwriting and execution process of loans and securities transactions, including (but not limited to) assuming underwriting and sell-down risk positions in such transactions.
- Work with Loan Capital Markets to drive origination efforts for assigned market(s).
Requirements1. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in corporate banking, credit analysis, and distribution of syndicated loans.
- Strong relationship network with loan investors and syndication desks in Asia Pacific.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a high level of self motivation.
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced office environment.
