Job Description
As AVP/VP Performance Management & Analysis, you will be required to have a good grasp of the lending business, work with internal stakeholders to deliver analyses at product, customer & segment level. Your responsibilities will also include tracking key campaigns & the ROI, work with business controllers on budget planning & monitoring and drive the effective compliance framework for Cards & Personal Loans business.
Job Responsibilities
- Review business cases and evaluate P&L of new business opportunity to provide insights and analysis for Merchant Acquiring, Cards Product and Usage teams.
- Perform key campaigns post-mortem analyses to measure product & customer level performance, make reasonable recommendations for better future targeting and budgeting
- Ongoing financial performance tracking & cost analysis
- Prepare regular performance management and regulatory reports
- Ensure unit adherence to Bank's Compliance framework thru robust tracking, record keeping & policy tracking

Job Requirements
- University Degree in Finance, Business would be advantageous
- Minimum 7 - 10 years experience in financial planning and analysis, product control, regulatory reporting within the financial services industry
- Knowledge of Credit Cards & Unsecured Lending is an asset
- Ability to streamline and summarize multiple information points and create repeatable processes to build consistency in presenting information
- Good knowledge of database management and data analytics in a data driven environment
- Excellent command of MS Excel is a must
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a complex and dynamic and work well as part of a team
