Azure BCS Lead

( Mandarin proficiency is a must)

• The Azure BCS Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and support of Azure solutions within the organization.
• This includes root cause analysis (RCA), data fixes for application issues, problem management support, coordination with release management for release planning, and updating runbook/support documentation.
• The role also involves addressing issues from the production system, such as configuration issues, data issues, user mistakes, performance issues, and more.
• Additionally, the Azure BCS Lead will integrate bug fixes, liaise with third-party vendor product support for investigation, and provide Level 3 application support, including code investigation and bug fixes.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1.Cloud Platform Oversight: Provide strategic vision and leadership for Azure Platform services, ensuring alignment with business goals.

2.Data Analytics Management: Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of data analytics solutions using Azure services.

3.Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance practices, including data quality, compliance, and security.

4.Data Integration: Manage data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration to enable data-driven decision-making.

5.Collaboration:Work closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, and other stakeholders to address data-related issues.

6.Issue Resolution: Act as a trusted advisor, identifying data problems and guiding resolution with partner teams.

Desired Skills:

1.Cloud Computing and Azure Services Proficiency: A deep understanding of cloud computing concepts is crucial. should be proficient in Azure services, including:

Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics.

2. Data Modeling and Database Management:

a.Designing effective data models is essential. Will be working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

b. Ensure data is structured and stored optimally for efficient querying and analysis.

3. ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Processes:

a.Proficiency in ETL techniques is vital for data integration and processing.

b. Extract, transform, and load data efficiently to support analytics and reporting.

4.Programming Languages:

a.Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Scala, and .NET is valuable.

b. Python, in particular, is widely used for data manipulation and analytics.

5.Data Warehousing and Data Lakes: Understand data warehousing concepts and data lakes. These are fundamental for managing large-scale data.

6.Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Soft skills matter too! Effective problem-solving and teamwork enhance your ability to drive data-driven decisions.

Desired Experience :- Overall 7-11+ years of Azure BCS Lead experience, including:-

1.Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Azure platform management, including data modeling and architecture, business requirements analysis, and data integration.

2.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in advanced analytics on big data, and real-time streaming. They should be a subject matter expert in Azure and have a strong background in managing customer interactions and ensuring seamless data integration.

3.Education: Relevant degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

4.Certifications: Consider certifications related to Azure (e.g., Azure Data Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect).

5.Experience: Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing data solutions on the Azure cloud platform
