Mission Descriptions :
Enhance the Trade Banking Channels team by adding a Business Analyst for project work and application support of global Trade Finance releases.
Collaborate with the international Business Analyst team on requirements gathering, impact analysis, and functional specifications for production enhancements and issues.
Define and validate business requirements to ensure alignment with operational needs and IT standards.
Design functional solutions and user workflows; document Functional Specifications.
Conduct reviews and obtain signoff on requirements and proposed solutions from all stakeholders.
Develop scope and approach for SIT, UAT, and NRT; guide the Testing team in creating and reviewing test scenarios/cases for stakeholder signoff.
Adjust test cases as necessary to meet resource availability and deadlines.
Validate SIT test results for signoff and assist users with UAT execution, defect analysis, and prioritization for development fixes.
Document and review user manuals and release notes as needed.
Provide tactical and strategic solutions for new client requirements.
Support conversion/migration tasks where necessary.
Profile Requirements:
Holds a graduate degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field.
Up to 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in the Corporate Banking environment, specifically in Trade Finance.
Have Project Management experience with PMP certification.
Have Agile Scrum and product certifications, along with CDCS certification.
Possess strong functional and business analysis skills with the ability to serve as a liaison between business operations and IT.
Possess solid functional knowledge of Trade Finance products and applications.
Effective team player with a positive attitude and strong commitment.
Have excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working with diverse, cross-cultural, and international teams.
Have knowledge of standard financial communication formats and data transformation processes.
Proficient in Unix/Shell scripting, XML, and Oracle/PLSQL.
Fluent in both English and French.
