As part of the function and adopting a startup mentality within a multi-national corporate environment, you will be responsible for providing personal care expertise to the beauty & home product portfolio and new product development projects. You will advise on beauty & home matters while partnering across all functions and departments to accomplish company objectives
Core Responsibilities:
- Work with manager to build new Beauty care application capability to support regional and global need.
- Develop existing products new positioning, new products application data and process
- Identify and initiate major technology programs and innovation to meet the needs of business and strategic plans.
- Work with Business Team to co-create and implement GTM plans by region for focused countries, customers, and segments.
- Engage with external partners, research institutions, and industry experts to bring new perspectives and ideas into the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technological advancements and integrate them into our product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices throughout the development and implementation phases.
- Provide technical training to distributors
- Proactive on opportunities and solutions by developing scientific materials for internal/external customers a nd responding internal & external Beauty & Home science related questions.
- Support regional prototype development and marketing materials at trade show and scientific organizations relevant to Beauty care science and technology, building connections with research organizations.
- Help team to collect market trend and competitor intelligence
- Help manager to prepare the presentation for key stakeholder meeting and customer visits
- Attend Beauty & Home key projects review meeting and take meeting minutes
- Ensure the laboratory maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Provide administrative support to management as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry or related science field majors.
- Minimum 1 year experience in technical service, and application field and have a record of delivering results.
- Work experience in skin care, cosmetic or home care business companies or ingredient suppliers
