Working hours :10am - 7pm (4 wkdays and 1 weekend)

Contract: (up to 6 month or 1 year)

JD:

• Deliver professional and personalised hotline, in-person and email, support in every interaction
• Be passionate and knowledgeable when speaking about organisation
• Going beyond mere problem-solving to identify root causes and work with other members to make continuous improvement
• Make customer care a competitive difference consistently exceeding the expectations of customers

Requirement:

• Readiness to work in a fast-paced, high intensity start-up environment
• First-class communication skills and ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
