Job Description
- Design and maintain high-performance online services for the recommendation system
- Build and optimize data pipelines for candidate generation, profile creation, and real-time training
- Develop scalable, global recommendation systems and frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions
- Analyze user needs and enhance system reliability and performance
The Successful Applicant
- At lease 3+ years experience in building scalable systems
- Proficient in C, C++, Java, or Golang
- Strong understanding of recommendation systems, machine learning, and big data frameworks
- Experience with distributed storage systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proactive, ownership-driven attitude with a focus on optimizing large-scale systems
- Open to candidate with recommendation/search/ads project experience
