Team Introduction
Video Infrastructure is a world-leading video platform that provides multi-media storage, delivery, transcoding, and streaming services. We are building the next generation video processing platform and the largest live streaming network, which provides excellent experiences for billions of users around the world. Popular video products of TikTok and its affiliates are all empowered by our cutting-edge cloud technologies. Working in this team, you will have the opportunity to tackle challenges of large-scale networks all over the world, while leveraging your expertise in coding, algorithms, complexity analysis, and large-scale system design.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to be responsible for the R&D work, including api gateway, event bus, account & tenant, IAM, vframe, etc
- Continuously improve tech design and implementation processes to enhance quality and efficiency
- Be responsible for the construction and management of the Common-Service R&D team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Leadership experience in managing a team, with the ability to discover and solve various problems faced during the development of the team
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, with familiarity with common design patterns
- Solid technical foundation in data structure, algorithms, software design, and high-quality coding;
- Ability to define, analyze, and solve problems in the face of complex problems.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrate a record of ongoing accomplishment and commitment to excellence
