Job Description

. Management and facilitation of the bakery and patisserie during operations

. Adhere and ensure consistency in workflow, practices and processes across team and work stations

. Preparation of recipes and testing for new items

. Inventory and stock-supplies management.

. Maintenance of hygiene standards and organization of workspace, tools and equipment.

. Commitment to and delivery of exceptional customer service and hospitality experience.

Requirement:

. At least 1 year of F&B experience in working in a fast-paced environment.

. Passionate in learning about bakery business and development of bakery and patisserie career.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

. Willingness to contribute and work in a dynamic, high-energy and efficient team.
