Retail Associate to join and expand our family!
- Candidates with right experience will be considered for management position
Perform daily retail operations and provide excellent customer service- Acquire necessary product knowledge and advise customers
Taking and managing online/phone orders and liaising with kitchen/production team and external logistics partners
- Handling and managing the POS system (opening and closing)
Prepare FOH à la minute products in accordance with standard recipes- Making coffee and drinks using the professional espresso machine (Training will be provided)
Managing store inventory including re-ordering and regular stocktake
- Upkeep cleanliness of food preparation area
Meet quality and hygiene standards in accordance with SFA & NEA
Preferrably have experience in F&B, Hospitality preferred but others are also welcomed to apply.- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Possess pleasant personality and is a great team player
- Willingness to learn and be able to work indepedently
Interest in food & Thirst for knowledge
- Open-minded, optimistic and good interpersonal skills
Proactive in giving and receiving constructive feedback
