Salary: Up to $2,400 per month (depending on qualification and experience)
Job Description
- Assisting branches to actively migrate transactions to the self service machines, online platforms (such as internet banking and mobile app) and to study customers behavior for visiting branches
- Identifying customer's needs at point of entering the branch and to capture customer's behavior by completing a checklist
Requirements
- Min O levels and above
- Prior customer service experience will be advantageous
- Singaporeans only
