Bank Client Analyst (Japanese Speaking)

Job Responsibilities
. To provide daily client service for our transaction banking products
. To conduct investigation into client's issue working with other stakeholders
. To be responsible for end-to-end process of customer on-boarding
. To cross sell and expand client's usage of our transaction banking products

Job Requirements

. University degree or equivalent

. Preferably with relevant banking experience and/or experience in the provision of client support

. Relevant knowledge in transaction banking client service

. Relevant knowledge in internet banking platform

. Good communication skills and Japanese speaking is preferred as the incumbent will need to communicate with the Japanese corporate clients whose main communication language is Japanese.

. Analytical, good presentation skills and service oriented.
