Job Description

  • Engage in various sales support activities, including analyzing sales outcomes, identifying opportunities, and creating proposals with the sales team.
  • Offer support to the sales team.
  • Provide assistance to banking customers with their sales and service needs.
  • Ensure timely resolution of all service queries.
  • Address sales issues by leveraging technical experience and established solutions.
  • Contribute to achieving branch sales and service targets.
  • Assess risks in business decisions, prioritizing the firm's reputation and compliance.
