- Responsibilities:
Provide sales and service assistance for banking customers
Resolve sales problems by identifying and selecting solutions from acquired technical experience and precedent
Deliver quality service to customers and refer potential customers to Acquisition Managers
Assist in meeting overall branch sales and service goals
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree
Customer service experience in Banking
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Min 3 years in a bank/financial institution at least 5 years if no bank experience
