Position - Renewable Contract position
Role:
- Oversee daily transaction processing, including payments, wire transfers, deposits, and loan disbursements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
- Reconcile discrepancies in transactions and balances, and work with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze and evaluate current workflows and procedures to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
- Collaborate with operations and IT teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret operational data to assess performance and identify trends.
- Create regular and ad hoc reports for management, providing insights into operational metrics, transaction volumes, and potential areas for improvement.
- Work closely with other departments, including finance, IT, customer service, and compliance, to support bank operations and improve service delivery.
- Act as a liaison for resolving operational issues that impact customer satisfaction and ensuring consistent service standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in banking operations, financial services, or a related field.
- Proficiency with banking software and financial transaction processing systems.
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data, use pivot tables, and perform VLOOKUPs.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in transaction processing and reporting.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for banking operations and financial services.
- Singapore Citizen Only.
