Job Description and Qualification:

This is a full time role for a Bar Chef located in Suntec. Our client is F&B Industry. The role involves preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, and traditional Japanese drinks. Key responsibilities include keeping the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked, with regular inventory checks and restocking as needed. The position also requires close coordination with bar staff, servers, and the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders. Adherence to hygiene and safety guidelines for handling food and beverages is essential.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a bar or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of drinks, including cocktails, sake, and traditional Japanese beverages is a plus.
• Friendly, positive, and approachable with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
