We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. You will be responsible for managing the bar team, maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulations, and creating a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the bar, including inventory management, and ensuring smooth service during operational hours.
- Ensure high-quality preparation of beverages, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with the chef to design and update drink menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients, trends, and customer preferences.
- Hire, train, and supervise bartenders, ensuring they adhere to service standards and provide excellent customer service.
- Engage with guests, ensuring that their needs are met, and maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at the bar.
- Monitor stock levels for all beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), bar supplies, and equipment. Place orders and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely restocking.
- Ensure the bar complies with health, safety, and legal regulations, including proper handling and serving of alcohol.
- Plan and execute special events such as themed bar nights, driving customer engagement and sales.
