Roles & Responsibilities

Drink Preparation & Service: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, and Japanese drinks like sake.
Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked, including managing inventory, glassware, and cleaning surfaces.
Stock Management: Assist in monitoring and restocking liquor, garnishes, and bar tools as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other bar staff, servers, and kitchen crew to ensure timely service of drinks and food.
Hygiene & Safety: Follow strict hygiene and safety guidelines for handling beverages and food.

Requirements

Experience: Prior experience in a bar or customer service role is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge: Knowledge of cocktails, sake, and Japanese drinks is a plus.
Personality: Friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
