Responsibilities:

• Lead and train bartending staff to deliver exceptional customer service and product quality.
• Oversee bar inventory, ordering, and efficient stock management.
• Ensure consistent quality in cocktails and manage daily operations smoothly.
• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Manage cash handling, staff scheduling, and opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bartending and supervisory roles.
• Expertise in mixology, wine knowledge, and team leadership.
