Bar Supervisor

CA Concepts is made up of four exciting restaurants, Kulto, Chicco, Barrio by Kulto, and Cenzo! Interested applicants will be placed at one of the four locations. We are looking for passionate, loyal people who have F&B experience and are also able to work under pressure within a team of international professionals. In this role, you shall be a key person of the bar, leading the team to serve beverages promptly.

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Assist with food service when requested by a Duty Manager
• Carry out all preparations before service as specified
• Keep the wine dispense area clean and to the agreed standard throughout the shift
• Be familiar with all the bar storage locations

To succeed in the role, you shall have:

• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
