Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at our bustling cafe in Central Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, ensuring food safety standards are met, working collaboratively with team members, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and serve a variety of coffee beverages, with a focus on latte art
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with customers and colleagues
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Maintain inventory levels and assist in inventory management
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualification

Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in creating latte art is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Experience with cleaning and sanitizing procedures
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
