butter tgt is a cafe located at Duxton Road in Tanjong Pagar, offering bakes and specialty coffee. We are looking for a passionate barista to grow with our small and cosy team!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take charge of the coffee bar, ensuring cleanliness and tidyness
- Prepare espresso based, filter and non-coffee drinks according to defined recipes
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations when necessary
- Heating and serving of pastries and bakes
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment with care and precision.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations
- On the job training provided
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about coffee preparation and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
