Barista & Coffee Roaster - 9am to 5pm - 42hrs/Week (Sun&PH OFF)

Job Description & Requirements

We take pride in every aspect of our work and perform it with energy and enthusiasm. The Barista Position is responsible for providing high-quality coffee and drinks for our guests while ensuring a clean, fast and friendly caf environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brew coffee using various brewing methods. Extraction of shots for all espresso based drinks.
- Steaming of milk and non-dairy based alternatives for drinks - cappuccino, flat white, latte, piccolo, etc.
- Execute latte art
- Prepare all drinks on current menu.
- Welcoming customers, informing them about specialty of our beans, answering questions, and accepting special blend coffee bean orders.
- Maintenance, cleaning, and ensuring stock is up to date for the coffee section.
- Ensuring general cleanliness and proper sanitization of work station, areas utilized, equipment and utensils.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Love coffee making

- Traning will be provided

WORK SCHEDULE
- 6 Days work week (Mon - Sat), 9a.m. to 5p.m. - Fixed schedule
- Sunday & PHs OFF

REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS
- Salary range: $2,200 - $3,200
- Annual Leave 10 days
- Staff meal allowance

- Staff uniform provided with a laundry service
