- Able to perform all coffee opening and closing duties, and service duties according to company's SOPs

- Well-equipped with knowledge of menu offerings and offer suggestions when guests make requesta or enquiries

- Efficient and organised in workflow on the floor and behind the coffee bar with clear understanding of company's SOPs

- Capable of working independently behind the coffee bar and ensuring all beverage prepared meets the quality benchmark set by company

- Confident in communications with colleagues across all departments and with customers

- Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required

- Responsible for all coffee station ordering eg, milk, coffee beans etc
