The Barista/FOH Service Crew will provide excellent service in the area of preparation of coffee / tea / other beverages ( hot & cold ), as well as in the front of house of the cafe, ensuring to a good dining experience for our customers.
- Grind / brew coffee and tea as well as other beverages ( hot & cold )
- Developing and maintaining well-crafted and tasty beverages
- Preparation of front counter foods and drinks
- Welcoming customers and taking orders
- Allocating tables and seats to customers
- Track and take reservations
- Cashiering with POS system
- Maintaining a clean and sanitized environment
- Follow Food Safety & Hygiene guidelines
- Cleaning and maintaining cleanliness of barista machine and other paraphernalia
- Adhere to Operations policies and procedures
- Take inventory and replenish stocks where applicable
- Other ad hoc duties requirement with the FOH team
Requirements

- English-speaking is a MUST
- Able to start work ASAP
