Barista/Hospitality Staff

Job Responsibilities

. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers.

. Maintain cleanliness of the coffee-making equipment and the workstation.

. Assist in taking customer orders and processing payments.

. Follow recipes and ensure consistency in beverage quality.

. Provide excellent customer service, answering any questions customers may have about the coffee menu.

. Support in opening or closing the caf, depending on the shift.

. Assist senior baristas with more complex coffee-making techniques.

. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

. Basic knowledge or interest in specialty coffee

. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

. Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and various shifts.

. Team player, teachble and willing to assist in all areas of the caf when needed.
