Preparation, development and service of coffee and other specialty drinks- Stock and serve gelato, pastries and breads
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and equipment.
- Provide high quality Customer Service, and resolve customer complaints
Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee preparation techniques, customer service skills- Work closely with owner/manager to develop seasonal items, promotions and menu improvements
Inventory and Stock Management, including assisting with ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of products to maintain freshness.
Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.- Troubleshoot and report any equipment issues to the manager or owner for timely resolution.
Participation in team meetings, brainstorming sessions to ensure cohesive team dynamics and to improve products and services.
