3 Mins Coffee is a specialty coffee bar serving the CBD crowds. We are looking for a vibrant team member to join us as a Barista. Experience preferred but we are more than happy to recruit passionate individuals with no experience and help you in your personal development. Training will be provided.
Minimum 2-3 days per week, Monday-Friday.
(Training provided) Prepare food and coffee beverages according to SOP
- (Training provided) Handle espresso machines, grinders, brewing equipment, oven, and other equipment
Support with ordering and cashiering duties when required- Maintain cleanliness at all times
No experience welcome- (Good to have) Minimum 1 year experience in F&B as a Barista or similar role
Free pour latte art making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented personality and self-motivated
